By installing and using the Extension, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for personal or internal business purposes.
• You agree not to (a) modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer the Extension; (b) use the Extension for any unlawful purpose; (c) use the Extension in any manner that could harm or disrupt our services or systems.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to use the Extension in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your use of the Extension is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Extension, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

• The Extension has $12 per month subscription fee to use up to 1M tokens and a pay-per-usage model afterwards. Detailed pricing information is available on our website.
• New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. Early bird registrants receive a special offer of 1 month free of charge.
• Users will be billed based on their usage according to the terms agreed upon during registration.

The Extension and all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe that your use violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

In no event shall GPT Context be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Extension.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
